How Dawn works

Her background is in credit analysis and mortgage underwriting, so she reads a file the way an underwriter will before it gets there. She handles purchase and refinance financing across conventional, FHA, and VA, with particular depth in VA loans and home equity, and she is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

What to expect

A short form, then a call. Tell Dawn what you are trying to do. No Social Security number and no pay stubs at this stage. Dawn calls back, usually the same business day.
